We do NOT store credit card information on its server. Credit card information is processed through PayPal. We only retain information that is entered into the My Account page in the online store.

Please ask for a shipping quote on packages over 1kg, packages in excess of 1kg will incur additional shipping charges as per Canada Post rates.

Xpresspost or Priority Post Shipping with Canada Post is available (please ask for a shipping quote) 

We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of payment receipt.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser’s expense.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defect.

Absolutely no returns/exchanges on discontinued, on sale or used merchandise.

Returns for defective products will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.

Product must be returned at customer’s expense.

There will be no refunds on shipping charges. 

15% restocking fee applies on all returned products.
